Our accounting team works closely with our project management teams to support smooth operations for all our projects. 

Essential Functions:

  • Preparation of customer invoices on a weekly basis based on field execution
  • Experience with PG & E billing systems (Citrix/ Nexus) HIGHLY preferred
  • Ability to meet the high paced volume of data entry while maintaining accuracy
  • Working with both operations and finance teams for accurate reporting
  • Reviewing accuracy of the work performed by operations to ensure accurate billing to the client with supporting documentation
  • Ensuring records and files are accurate
  • Conduct Research and Resolution of Accounts Receivable issues
  • Reconciliation work as required
  • Performing data searches; recording and analyzing results
  • Cross training with another team member to provide back up support for different contracts

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounting, billing and/or accounts receivables
  • Construction billing/ cost accounting/ accounts receivables experience preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Able to prioritize multiple demands
  • Able to work independently and with little direction, following instructions accurately and completely
  • Must have excellent creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
  • Exemplify superior time management skills and capable of working productively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to follow directions closely and accurate
  • Ability to work independently using good judgement, and as a team player

Education and Certifications:

  • BS in Accounting, Business or another related field preferred but not required
